Question

Hello Leah!
Sydney and I had questions about editing out photograms on the computer for the final project. We both want to transfer the images onto different mediums but not change the composition of the photographs. For example, I wanted to silkscreen my photographs on to fabric to display them with the photos and that would require me putting the images in half tone dot form (I think thats what you call it) but that would be the only change I made. Is the computer okay to use for this project?
Thanks!

I found interesting that this camera was in an ad campaign of banana republic on the back cover of the last issue of Men's Journal...

I found this image of the aftermath of forest fires on Montana while browsing the net. It is by David Nadel. I just thought it was really beautiful and kinda haunting with the perspective of the mountain and the vast white-ness.

But here are some pictures and photographers that I like looking at (Blogger is being weird and not showing the pictures I want to upload here but maybe they'll show up on your computers):

I TOTALLY FOGOT!!!!!

This image is from TIME by Yuri Kozyrev

I find this image interesting because the colors in this photo are very minimal
and due to what the subjects are wearing it is easier to focus on their emotions.
Also, the figure on the right, the lady in sunglasses with the flashy purple/pink cell phone is very intriguing. Perhaps it's because she seems to be facing the camera directly while the others seem to be looking away. And also because we cannot read her facial expression while the others' are very visible.

Photos :)

Here are some more photos that I found on National Geographic and other photo blogs. They are all animals but I think they are very pretty!
